COVID-19 Restrictions

Dear Residents,

The COVID-19 virus continues to spread and affect many parts of the U.S. and the rest of the world. The health and safety of our residents and associates at Tarantino Properties, Inc. is and will always be our top priority. During this unprecedented time, we want to assure you that we have taken proactive measures to address the issue of Coronavirus in our communities.

We are closely monitoring COVID-19 updates from various state and local government agencies, and following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We ask that you partner with us to ensure that our communities remain as protected as possible.

Common Areas and Management Offices

Our leasing offices will remain open and continue to operate during normal hours. Community amenity areas are shut down including pools, fitness centers, clubhouses, and resident lounges. Please avoid any community areas or the office if you are feeling ill.

Maintenance and Office Requests

We ask that you partner with us to practice social distancing and minimize personal contact as much as possible during this time. We encourage you to communicate to office staff via email, phone, and/or through the resident portal within your community website. This includes information related to submitting rent payments, maintenance requests, and other inquiries.

All maintenance requests are restricted to emergencies only for the time being and will be prioritized as such. If you are experiencing symptoms or are suspected to have COVID-19, please notify our team prior to entry.

Packages will not be accepted at the office until further notice.

Avoid Close Contact

The CDC says that the virus is thought to spread mainly from person to person contact in particular: between people who are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet), through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes.

We remind you to follow best practices as recommended by the CDC:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Stay home when you are sick.
  • Cover your mouth and nose with the inside of your elbow when you cough or sneeze.

We look forward to maintaining a safe and healthy community together. We will continue to work and monitor the situation. Should you experience any flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, please contact your healthcare professional.

If you are sick with COVID-19, have been tested for COVID-19, or have been outside the country within the past 30 days, please notify our office through the resident portal.

The health and well-being of our residents and staff is paramount. We are incredibly grateful for your continued partnership in navigating this challenging situation together as we try to make the best decisions together for our community.
